About The Position

UC Health is hiring a Full Time Assistant Compliance Officer. To assist the Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer in developing, implementing, and engaging UC Health and each of its entities (UCMC, WCH, and UCPC) in an overall compliance and business ethics program that ensures that the health system is providing care and conducting business in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local healthcare laws and regulations and in conjunction with the UC Health Code of Conduct. Specifically, implement and continuously improve the seven elements of the overall compliance program and act as a consulting arm of the organization on compliance related issues. Work independently on issues and keep the Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer updated as needed.
