Monroe Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to provide management support to their affordable PBS8 community. The ideal candidate will have a personality to positively interact with applicants, residents, and co-workers, enjoy leading teams, work hard while having fun, and be a strong problem-solver. Experience in Affordable Housing Apartment Management is preferred, along with strong communication skills (verbal and written), the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and produce accurate work in a busy office environment while maintaining a professional demeanor. The candidate must be able to work independently with little oversight and be a dynamic leader capable of motivating and leading teams. A strong background in Project-Based Section 8, marketing savvy, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Property Management-related software are essential. A passion for customer service and working with people is a must.
