As an Assistant Community Manager, you will support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community. This includes handling accounting and reporting tasks, preparing monthly financial reports, processing invoices, collecting rent and other payments, managing bank deposits and reconciliations, and utilizing property management systems for financial tracking and reporting. You will also play a key role in leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, manage lease enforcement, and ensure resident satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for the property's appearance and safety, coordinate with the maintenance team, and act as the on-site supervisor in the Community Manager's absence. Staying informed about market trends and competitor conditions is crucial for developing and implementing marketing plans to maintain occupancy.
