About The Position
KMG Prestige is seeking a goal-oriented Assistant Community Manager for Beacon Heights in South Bend, IN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys new challenges and has a passion for property management. The Assistant Community Manager will focus on creating happy residents through superior customer service and a positive attitude. Key responsibilities include assisting in the overall operations of the apartment community, rent collection, marketing vacant units, and performing various administrative duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management (Project Based Section 8 and Section 42 Tax Credit)
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Marketing and closing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
