About The Position

We are seeking an Assistant Community Property Manager to oversee multiple apartment communities. The Assistant Community Manager will assist in managing all operations of the property to ensure it is functioning in an efficient manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, make decisions, and meet deadlines.
• Detailed oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on the daily needs of the facility.
• Good people skills, including patience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and building codes.
