TRG Management is a premier property management company experienced with all types of housing, including subsidized, workforce and affordable, mid-rises, high-rises, luxury rentals, and single-family. Today we manage approximately 20,000 units across several states and our current management portfolio contains over 100 properties. We are seeking a primary coordinator to assure that all efforts fully meet and exceed contractual property management obligations. This role will direct the day-to-day activities, which include but are not limited to managing tenant relations, coordinating repairs and maintenance, providing status reports on properties, preparing annual recertifications, interviewing prospective residents, showing apartments and property, determining needs and qualifications, explaining occupancy terms, completing the leasing process, preparing vacancy reports, inspecting premises, and coordinating marketing and property promotions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills with a customer service-oriented personality.
