Requirements

Current or previous multifamily property management experience.
Polished, engaging, and energetic demeanor.
Good people skills and customer service abilities.
Commitment to applying one's best in a high-energy environment.
Familiarity with computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Previous background as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager.
Experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting.
Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord-tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws.
Yardi Voyager experience.
A college degree.

Responsibilities

Support the Community Manager in all aspects of management.
Oversee daily operations and financial performance of the community.
Optimize net operating income.
Carry out the objectives of ownership.
Act as the backbone of the community, working with the Community Manager and maintenance team.
Provide excellent customer service to residents.
