About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a goal-oriented Assistant Community Manager for Waterford Meadows Apartments in Waterford, MI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys new challenges and has a passion for property management. The primary focus is on creating happy residents through superior customer service and a positive attitude. The Assistant Community Manager will support the overall operations of the apartment community, including rent collection, marketing vacant units, and performing various administrative duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in property management
• Previous experience with Section 8 & LIHTC
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Marketing and closing skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
