About The Position

We are looking for someone who gets things done and does them right. At Kalos Residential, we manage apartment communities for Four Mile Capital, a long-term owner-operator with nearly 2,700 units across seven states. We maintain high standards, promote from within, and treat every property with importance. As the Assistant Community Manager, you will be the second-in-command at the property, responsible for running the community in the absence of the Community Manager. This role requires initiative and a proactive approach to understanding and executing responsibilities, including leasing, tours, occupancy performance, resident relationships, renewals, rent collections, delinquency management, lease files, compliance, and financial reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Prior on-site leasing or property management experience
• Hands-on with rent collections, renewals, and resident relations
• Fair Housing certification required before interacting with prospects or residents

Nice To Haves

• Entrata or comparable PMS experience preferred
