About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting the Community Manager in the daily operations and financial performance of a multimillion-dollar community asset. The role involves optimizing net operating income and carrying out the objectives of ownership. The Assistant Community Manager is a key part of the community's backbone, working closely with the Community Manager and maintenance team to create an environment that exemplifies California living at its best for residents.

Requirements

  • Current or previous multifamily property management experience.
  • Commitment to applying your very best in a high-energy environment.
  • Previous background as an Assistant Community Manager or former Leasing Manager.
  • Experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting.
  • Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws.
  • Computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Yardi Voyager experience.
  • College degree.
