Assists Community Manager in the day-to-day operation of the community and in managing all aspects of the property including: administration, leasing, accounting, bookkeeping, service and resident relations. The activities listed below are not all inclusive; however, they are indicative of the type of activities normally performed by the Assistant Manager. Other duties may be assigned.
