Assistant Community Construction Manager
About The Position

This role plays a large part in the daily decisions that help build dream homes where people will raise their families, create memories, and enjoy their lives. This position will ensure that construction is done correctly, providing the autonomy, technology, and support to organize, budget, and monitor the final phases of building a customer's new home. As a member of the on-site construction team, the role involves supervising subcontractor activities, monitoring all costs and implementing cost controls, and inspecting homes at various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
Requirements
- One to two years of construction field experience
- General knowledge of finish construction from drywall installation to closing
- Must maintain a valid driver's license
