About The Position
K. Hovnanian is celebrating over 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. This role will play a large role in the everyday decisions that help build dream homes. As a team member of our on-site construction team, you will supervise subcontractor activities; monitor all costs and implement cost controls and walk homes in various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded. We’ll give you the autonomy, technology and support to organize, budget and monitor the final phases of building our customer’s new home.
Requirements
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of construction field experience with general knowledge of finish construction from drywall installation to closing
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
Responsibilities
