About The Position

K. Hovnanian is celebrating over 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. This role will play a large part in the daily decisions that help build dream homes. The company provides autonomy, technology, and support to organize, budget, and monitor the final phases of building a customer's new home. As a team member of the on-site construction team, you will supervise subcontractor activities, monitor all costs and implement cost controls, and walk homes in various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

• One to two years of construction field experience
• General knowledge of finish construction from drywall installation to closing preferred
• Must maintain a valid driver's license
