About The Position
CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is in search of a full-time Assistant Community Manager to assist in the management of a fractional ownership community consisting of a 6 ½ acre property, Clubhouse, and amenities with 25 cottages functioning as a resort. This position is on a barrier island accessible by ferry only. A ferry pass and parking pass will be provided by the Association.

Nice To Haves
- Prior Homeowners Association, Property Management, and/or Hospitality experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist Community Manager in all aspects of the job
- Provide Administrative support
- Assist with communication with the Board of Directors and committees
- Assist in daily communication with Owners
- Assist Owners with billing and account questions
- Assist Owners with on-site issues and needs
- Assist in making regular updates to community website(s)
- Assist in managing registration system and trades/rentals among owners
- Assist in scheduling weekly housekeeping
- Assist in weekly review of housekeeping completion of every cottage, golf cart, grill, amenity
- Assist in coordinating special cleaning of carpets and upholstery
- Assist in completion of Annual Deep Cleaning of every cottage
- Assist in managing housewares and linen inventory for every cottage
- Assist in ordering housewares, linens, and paper products as needed
- Assist in analysis and problem resolution as needs present
- Provide weekly updates on activities, issues, problems, or concerns to Community Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
