The primary function of this role is to provide critical administrative and client support to the Commercial Lines department. Working under the direction of the Director of Commercial Lines Operations, this role is responsible for assisting Account Managers with policy management, documentation, client communication, and daily operational tasks. The Assistant plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring prompt service, and supporting the team’s commitment to delivering high-quality insurance solutions to clients.
