Assistant Coach - Ice Hockey - HS
About The Position
Douglas County School District is seeking an Assistant Coach for its high school ice hockey program at Chaparral High School. The coach will help organize and implement a successful athletic program and is expected to help develop a competitive program that supports student-athletes’ academic commitment, fundamental skills, and sportsmanship. The role involves collaborating with administrators, teachers, coaches, sponsors, students, parents, and community members to help the school represent the community with pride. This is a seasonal position. The posting lists a stipend range of $0.01–$10,000.00, with a minimum hire rate of $0.01 and a maximum hire rate of $5,000. The position is eligible for voluntary 401(k), 403(b), and 457 retirement plans and paid sick time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
