About The Position

Franklin Pierce University, a proud member of NCAA Division II and the Northeast-10 Conference, is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual for the position of Graduate Assistant Coach for Track & Field. The appointment will begin in June 2026. The Graduate Assistant position is a two-year position, includes tuition remission and a stipend of $333.34 per month worked. Expectation to work 10 hours per week. Housing is not included. Acceptance of the position is contingent upon successful admission into the University’s Graduate School.

Requirements

• Must possess previous playing experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Acceptance into a Franklin Pierce University graduate program (required prior to start)
• Strong communication, leadership, detailed-oriented, and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Work with Men and Women's Track.
• Recruiting, coaching and practice planning.
• Academic monitoring.
• Video breakdown.
• Team travel.
• Other coaching duties or administrative duties as assigned by the head coach.
