Reporting to the Head Coach of Women's Soccer, the 10-month Assistant Coach plays a key role in supporting all aspects of the NCAA Division III Women's Soccer program. This position assists with the planning, organization, and administration of team operations while fostering a positive and competitive student-athlete experience. Responsibilities include recruiting academically qualified and talented student-athletes, assisting with practice planning and game preparation, providing on-field coaching and skill development, supporting player development initiatives, and serving as a mentor to student-athletes. The Assistant Coach is also responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of and adherence to NCAA, conference, and university policies and regulations while contributing to the overall success and culture of the program. This position is a one-year appointment, with the potential for renewal on an annual basis, contingent upon organizational need, funding, and satisfactory performance.
