About The Position

This role involves assisting in the coaching of a women's soccer team, with a significant portion of the work performed outdoors. The position requires a combination of independent work and group collaboration, along with specific physical demands and essential skills.

Requirements

• Working alone – 30%; working in groups – 60%
• Sitting – 33.3%; Walking – 33.3%; Standing – 33.3%
• Working indoors – 5% and Outdoors – 95%
• Frequent lifting of objects weighing less than 10 pounds
• Occasional lifting of objects weighing 50 pounds or greater
• Occasional pushing/pulling objects weighing 25 pounds or greater
• Frequent reaching for objects at, above, and below the shoulder
• Frequent twisting at waist, and stretching to reach objects
• Occasional fine manipulation with hands
• Frequent simple grasping; occasional power grasping
• Basic Math skill (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Reading skills including understanding written direction
• Writing skills in preparing and organizing documents
• Sensory skills (ie; visual, hearing, and speaking)
• Keyboard skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous collegiate Soccer coaching experience.
