About The Position

Durham Academy is seeking a part-time Assistant Varsity Swim Coach for the seasonal role. The season runs from early November through mid-February. This position involves assisting with the instruction and supervision of approximately 40 student-athletes in grades 7-12. A key responsibility includes driving a mini-bus to all meets. The coach will work closely with other swim coaches and the Athletic Director, requiring regular communication and teamwork. Practices are typically weekday afternoons from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, with one meet per week. All practices and meets are held off-campus as Durham Academy does not have an on-site pool.
