Assistant Coach - High School Boys Basketball
About The Position
The State College Area School District anticipates filling the Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball Coach positions. The Coach is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to student-athletes as well as supporting an overall vision for the High School Program. The Assistant Coaches report to the High School Head Coach in support of program goals and initiatives. We are seeking positive, passionate, experienced, and enthusiastic individuals who will not only instruct student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategy and physical training, but also guide and mentor them to be driven and responsible student-athletes and citizens. Both the PA Dept. of Education and the PIAA require specific safety and coaching training. See the Athletics website for details.
