The Department of Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences at Loyola University Maryland invites applications for a full-time, 12-month, non-tenure track Assistant Clinical Professor. This 80% teaching/20% service faculty position includes teaching/supervising the equivalent of 10 courses specific to pediatric clients with communication disorders over the full academic year 2026-27 (fall, spring, and summer; start date August 16th) with the possibility for renewal. The successful hire will support the department’s mission to deliver exceptional clinical education and client-centered care in alignment with Loyola University Maryland’s Jesuit commitment to educating the whole person, serving others, and promoting justice, and the Standards for Accreditation of Graduate Education Programs in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology. As a SLHS clinical faculty, this person reports to the department Chair, with onsite management by the division director at the Loyola Clinical Centers (LCC), where teaching/supervision takes place (along with off-site supervision). The LCC offers affordable, quality services in the areas of psychology, literacy, hearing, speech, and language to underserved members of the greater Baltimore community and provides hands-on clinical training to Loyola graduate students in their respective Divisions.
