About The Position

Rite of Passage is hiring an Assistant Clinical Director at Cypress Creek Youth Academy in Lecanto, Florida. Cypress Creek is a residential commitment program in Citrus County serving high-risk and maximum-risk youth ages 15 to 21. The program provides comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision using evidence-based practices.

The Assistant Clinical Director assists in supervising the Clinical Team and is primarily responsible for clinical functions that maintain continuity of treatment for students and families. The role reports to the Clinical Director or Program Director and may supervise designated staff. Clinical supervision is available to qualified applicants.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• Current state licensure, which must be maintained, with photocopies on file.

Nice To Haves

• Prior clinical and administrative experience in a residential setting.
• Background working with adolescent offenders and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the Clinical Team.
• Manage clinical functions to ensure continuity of treatment for students and families.
• In some instances, supervise designated staff.
