Inner Circle Autism Network (ICAN) is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) to support clinical excellence, staff development, and exceptional outcomes for children with autism and their families. The Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) is a leadership development role designed for Board Certified Behavior Analysts interested in advancing into senior clinical leadership. This position partners closely with the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, support clinician growth, maintain compliance with payer and regulatory requirements, and promote positive clinical outcomes across the clinic. The ACD serves as both a clinical leader and mentor, providing supervision, training, coaching, and performance support to BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Fieldwork Students while maintaining a limited clinical caseload and overseeing approximately 150 rendered service hours. This role requires a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical behavior, quality assurance, clinical mentorship, and operational collaboration.
