About The Position

May Institute’s School for Autism is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) in Randolph, MA. This role involves leading clinical excellence, mentorship, and program innovation in ABA services for children with autism within classrooms and school-based settings. The position focuses on driving high-quality behavioral interventions and fostering a collaborative environment with clinicians, educators, families, and staff.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (required), PhD (preferred) in a related field.
  • BCBA required (candidates accruing supervision hours welcome).
  • 3+ years of experience designing ABA treatment programs in a school setting.
  • Strong leadership in staff supervision, training, and problem-solving.
  • Deep knowledge of ABA best practices, IEP processes, and special education regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of school-based clinicians.
  • Develop and oversee ABA programs, including Functional Behavior Assessments and Verbal Behavior frameworks.
  • Train and support teachers and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to create individualized support plans.
  • Drive innovation by shaping clinical training and systems improvements.
