About The Position

Lead transformative ABA services for children with autism at May Institute’s School for Autism in Randolph, MA. This role involves driving clinical excellence, mentorship, and program innovation across classrooms and school-based services.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a related field.
BCBA required (candidates accruing supervision hours welcome).
3+ years of experience designing ABA treatment programs in a school setting.
Strong leadership in staff supervision, training, and problem-solving.
Deep knowledge of ABA best practices, IEP processes, and special education regulations.

PhD in a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of school-based clinicians.
Develop and oversee ABA programs, including Functional Behavior Assessments and Verbal Behavior frameworks.
Train and support teachers and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral interventions.
Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to create individualized support plans.
Drive innovation by shaping clinical training and systems improvements.
