About The Position

Lead transformative ABA services for children with autism in West Springfield, MA. This role focuses on driving clinical excellence, mentorship, and program innovation across classrooms and school-based services.

Requirements

  • Master's degree required, PhD preferred in a related field.
  • BCBA required (candidates accruing supervision hours welcome).
  • 3+ years of experience designing ABA treatment programs in a school setting.
  • Strong leadership in staff supervision, training, and problem-solving.
  • Deep knowledge of ABA best practices, IEP processes, and special education regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of school-based clinicians.
  • Develop and oversee ABA programs, including Functional Behavior Assessments and Verbal Behavior frameworks.
  • Train and support teachers and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to create individualized support plans.
  • Drive innovation by shaping clinical training and systems improvements.
