About The Position

Marshall+Sterling is seeking an Assistant Client Service Specialist to provide superior service and administrative support to the department. This role involves supporting client communications and coordinating administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a welcoming voice for incoming calls and offer hands-on support with tasks such as quoting policies, ordering MVRs, and processing documents. You will also support Client Service Specialists by assisting with customer requests and maintaining smooth operations behind the scenes. Responsibilities include issuing proof of insurance and requesting loss runs to support client coverage needs, documenting all client and carrier communications regarding coverages and exposures in the management system, following workflow procedures, adhering to agency guidelines, and promptly reporting any actual or potential E&O claims. Additionally, you will maintain required professional accreditations and participate in continuing education programs when available, and perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with AI tools, task management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Brings a positive attitude and works well with fellow employee owners, leaders, and others inside and outside the company.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AMS360 is a plus.
  • Prior experience in personal insurance is a plus.
