About The Position

We are seeking an Assistant Client Service Specialist to provide excellent service and administrative support to the commercial lines department. This role involves supporting client communications, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive client experience. The position requires bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, assist with tasks such as quoting policies, ordering MVRs, and processing documents. You will also support Client Service Specialists with customer requests and operational tasks. Responsibilities include issuing proof of insurance, requesting loss runs, documenting client and carrier communications, following workflow procedures, adhering to agency guidelines, and reporting E&O claims. Maintaining professional accreditations and participating in continuing education are also part of the role, along with performing other assigned duties and projects.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with AI tools, task management systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Brings a positive attitude and works well with fellow employee owners, leaders, and others inside and outside the company
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AMS360 is a plus
  • Prior experience in insurance; commercial insurance is a plus
