Serve as a key operational leader responsible for pilot training, standardization, and regulatory compliance across the organization. The Assistant Chief Pilot drives the execution of flight and ground training programs, ensuring pilots are qualified, mission-ready, and operating to the highest safety standards. This role oversees Check Airmen and Instructors, leads new hire indoctrination and recurrent training, and partners closely with aviation, maintenance, and clinical leadership to keep operations aligned and efficient. It also plays a critical role in maintaining FAA compliance, supporting incident response, and contributing to the development of training programs, manuals, and operational policies. The Assistant Chief Pilot is expected to lead from the front, balancing hands-on training execution with broader operational oversight, while developing talent, managing performance, and maintaining a high standard of accountability across the pilot group.
