Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited school of law and certificate of admission to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
- Regulatory oversight experience.
- Experience in legal research involving or pertaining to Commonwealth procurement, contract drafting, and research.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Completion of a Personal History Questionnaire with a thorough background investigation, including drug screening and the subsequent review and approval by the Board.
Responsibilities
- Analyze procurement issues and review facts to support agency decisions
- Examine legal documents and materials for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare memoranda, legal documents, and written materials for Board matters
- Evaluate legal questions that range from routine to moderately complex
- Communicate with officials and the public in a clear and respectful manner
