Champion Force Athletics is seeking additional cheerleading coaches to assist or lead teams across the country. Coaches must be team players willing to work with all team and class levels, and enjoy working with children ages 4–15. Previous cheer knowledge is preferred but not required; a gymnastics background is a plus. The role requires availability for one to two evenings of practice and some weekend travel to competitions. Classes may be spread throughout the evening, with most coaches working no more than three to four classes in a day. This is described as a part-time job. Teaching responsibilities include preparing classes, teaching students, overseeing class check-ins, and maintaining basic records. Coaches may also attend occasional meetings and clinics, and participate in cheer competitions each session. Candidates must pass a background check and have reliable transportation, enthusiasm, strong written and verbal communication, and outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects and deadlines.
