About The Position
The Assistant Cheer Coach is responsible for creating and implementing positive program development. The coach is expected to demonstrate strong leadership in player and staff development, sportsmanship, integrity, and character development. This is a non-teaching coaching position. The posting refers to knowledge of baseball program skills and strategies as they relate to interscholastic athletics in Virginia.
Requirements
- Successful experience as a coach.
- Ability to implement a training program.
- Leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary to work effectively with administrators, parents, and students.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of the skills and strategies of the baseball program as they pertain to interscholastic athletics in Virginia.
