About The Position

The Assistant Center Manager reports to the Center Manager and will have ultimate responsibility for entire center operations, including production, quality compliance, finance, HR, and IT in the absence of the Center Manager. This role ensures compliance with all Company SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The position involves collecting and analyzing data to maintain center quality, efficiency, and profitability. The Assistant Center Manager collaborates with the center manager to assist with quality compliance by meeting company, regulatory, and customer requirements to safeguard the purity and efficacy of the plasma and the safety of donors and employees. This role works with quality personnel and the QA team to develop corrective action plans to address any areas of deficiency noted during audits. The Assistant Center Manager ensures the center and all employees comply with OSHA regulations and training and completes all OSHA record keeping and reporting. Responsibilities also include employee recruitment, training, counseling, termination, and corrective action programs, ensuring all employees are treated fairly in accordance with HR policies. The role supports the center's marketing and advertising efforts. Overnight travel is required up to 10%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and professional work experience required
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of a team/others
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish
