As a Preschool Assistant Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will: Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people. Executes marketing brand campaigns within the center and implements local marketing activities Oversees Work and Family program- building new relationships with community and business leaders (Housing Communities, Chamber of Commerce, Local Businesses) Effectively uses social media channels for parent engagement and retention Nurtures leads through scheduling and conducting tours; follows up with potential families to secure enrollment. Has a strong understanding of the childcare offerings within the community Maintains the lead tracking portal and customer database Excellent in Customer Service Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations. Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees. Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations. Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment. Note: The first six months in this role will be heavily focused on driving enrollment. We are seeking someone with a strong background in early childhood education, along with excellent marketing and customer service skills. A performance-based bonus is also available upon meeting enrollment goals.
