Center Director/ Assistant Director
About The Position
The Learning Experience is looking for a passionate Center Director to lead their Bon Air school. They are seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, heart, and strong leadership skills to create a culture where children thrive, teachers grow, and families feel at home. The Learning Experience makes early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow. Their curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of their nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE®, they’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of childcare center leadership experience
- Understand Texas licensing regulations and center operations
- Hold (or qualify for) Texas Director credentials
- A passion for early childhood education and team development
- A bubbly, positive, can-do attitude that inspires others
- Love celebrating successes, building relationships, and creating memorable experiences for families and staff
Responsibilities

- Recruit, coach, and develop an exceptional team of educators
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
- Ensure licensing compliance and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
- Drive enrollment growth through tours, community partnerships, and family engagement
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, payroll, and financial performance
- Support teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum and creating meaningful learning experiences
