We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven leader who is passionate about helping children succeed and wants to grow into a Center Director role. This position is designed for someone who enjoys working with families, leading teams, achieving goals, and making a meaningful impact in their community. As an Assistant Center Director, you will play a key role in ensuring students receive an exceptional educational experience while helping the center grow and thrive. You will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and staff while developing the skills necessary to advance into a Center Director position. This role combines leadership, customer service, sales, education, and operations management.

  • Experience supervising employees or leading teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with students and families.
  • Conduct educational consultations and enrollment conferences.
  • Help families understand the best learning solutions for their child.
  • Monitor student progress and communicate successes.
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Support, coach, and motivate instructional staff.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding team members.
  • Help manage schedules and daily operations.
  • Lead center activities and maintain a positive team culture.
  • Serve as a role model for professionalism and excellence.
  • Follow up with prospective families and inquiries.
  • Conduct enrollment conferences and recommend programs.
  • Help achieve enrollment and retention goals.
  • Participate in community outreach and local marketing efforts.
  • Learn and master Sylvan's proven enrollment process.
  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
  • Support daily center operations and administrative functions.
  • Ensure high-quality program delivery and customer satisfaction.
