About The Position
Kid's Country is seeking a qualified Assistant Center Director with a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of young children. The ideal candidate will have an unwavering passion for providing children with an exceptional early learning experience and the energy, compassion, and drive to execute it. Whether you have prior childcare experience or are new to the industry, we seek candidates dedicated to nurturing young minds to join the Early Learning Academies (ELA) community.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in a licensed center.
- Minimum of 45 ECE credits completed or close to finishing.
- Willingness to continue schooling for ECE.
- Meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
- A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
Responsibilities
- Provide children with an exceptional early learning experience.
- Nurture young minds.
- Support the Early Learning Academies (ELA) community.
- Fulfill state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
