About The Position
Kid's Country, part of Early Learning Academies (ELA), is seeking a qualified Lead Teacher. The role contributes to a welcoming, caring environment for children, families, and the community. The organization values teamwork, a caring attitude, and pride in one’s work. Lead Teacher qualification is required or must be in process. Pay is $17.75–$22 USD, based on experience and education. Team members have access to paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to develop skills and pursue advancement. Benefits are subject to eligibility and plan terms.
