About The Position

The Assistant Center Administrator role is a clinic-based position focused on managing daily operations to ensure productivity and efficiency in areas such as finance/budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and overall growth. This role requires an empathetic and compassionate approach aligned with clinical outcomes. The Assistant Center Administrator is responsible for new hire orientation, and hiring and performance assessments of all treatment center staff, excluding BCBAs. They forecast client schedules a month in advance and ensure appropriate staff are paired with clients for individualized 1:1 center-based services. Administrators also collaborate with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the evaluation and development of therapy services. The treatment center hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm.

Requirements

  • Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) background.
  • Operation Management: Client Management and Management of Others
  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field or 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Understanding P&L, AR/AP, Billing Disputes, and Collections.
  • Quality Customer Service - outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering continuous results.
  • Superior organization, prioritizing, and self-motivation skills.
  • Flexible with a schedule to accommodate business needs.
  • Must be present at the center during business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, meeting financial metrics, and facility growth.
  • Approve all tours assigned by Intake.
  • Maintain a clean and well-kept facility, addressing all issues within 24 hours.
  • Make daily schedule adjustments as necessary.
  • Complete all new hire onboarding within the first 3 days of employment.
  • Confirm accurate coding for financial purposes.
  • Oversee staff development and training.
  • Communicate with parents and staff to ensure optimal performance of centers.
