About The Position

The Assistant Center Administrator at Behavioral Innovations – Kyle Treatment Center is a clinic-based ABA Therapy role. The mission for this role is to seek influential leaders that manage daily operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency on finance/budgeting, staffing, scheduling an overall growth, in an empathetic and compassionate manner in alignment with clinical outcomes. These individuals are passionate, think outside the box, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and support all daily operations. They are responsible for new hire orientation, hiring and performance assessments of all treatment center staff (except BCBAs). To ensure client schedules are being forecasted appropriately, Assistant Operations Administrators will block the schedules out a month in advance for staff and clients. Due to individualized 1:1 center-based services, the staffing element of this role is extremely critical to ensure appropriate staff to be paired with clients. The Administrators work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the evaluation and development of existing and new therapy services. The treatment center hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm. Behavioral Innovations has been providing center-based, evidence-based ABA Therapy for over 25 years across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina, guided by a culture of excellence, teamwork, and care.

Requirements

  • Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) background.
  • Operation Management: Client Management and Management of Others.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field or 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Understanding P&L, AR/AP, Billing Disputes, and Collections.
  • Quality Customer Service - outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering continuous results.
  • Superior organization, prioritizing, and self-motivation skills.
  • Flexible with a schedule to accommodate business needs.
  • Must be present at the center during business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency on finance/budgeting, staffing, scheduling and overall growth, in an empathetic and compassionate manner in alignment with clinical outcomes.
  • Manage daily operations including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, meeting financial metrics and growth of facility.
  • Approve all tours assigned by Intake.
  • Maintain clean well-kept facility with all issues addressed within 24 hours.
  • Make daily schedule adjustments as necessary.
  • Complete all new hire onboarding within the first 3 days of employment.
  • Confirm accurate coding.
  • Staff Development and Training.
  • Communication with parents and staff to ensure optimal performance of centers.
  • Conduct new hire orientation.
  • Perform hiring and performance assessments of all treatment center staff, except BCBAs.
  • Block client schedules a month in advance for staff and clients.
  • Work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the evaluation and development of existing and new therapy services.
