About The Position

The Assistant Center Administrator role at Behavioral Innovations' Southlake Treatment Center focuses on managing daily operations to ensure productivity and efficiency in areas such as finance/budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and overall growth, all while maintaining an empathetic and compassionate approach aligned with clinical outcomes. This role is for passionate individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and support daily operations. Responsibilities include new hire orientation and performance assessments for all treatment center staff (excluding BCBAs). The Assistant Center Administrator forecasts client schedules a month in advance, ensuring appropriate staff are paired with clients for individualized 1:1 center-based services. They collaborate with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in evaluating and developing therapy services. The treatment center operates Monday-Friday, 8 am-6 pm.

Requirements

  • Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) background.
  • Operation Management: Client Management and Management of Others
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Understanding of P&L, AR/AP, Billing Disputes, and Collections.
  • Quality Customer Service - outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering continuous results.
  • Superior organization, prioritizing, and self-motivation skills.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
  • Must be present at the center during business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, meeting financial metrics, and facility growth.
  • Approve all tours assigned by Intake.
  • Maintain a clean and well-kept facility, addressing all issues within 24 hours.
  • Make daily schedule adjustments as necessary.
  • Complete all new hire onboarding within the first 3 days of employment.
  • Confirm accurate coding for financial purposes.
  • Oversee staff development and training.
  • Communicate with parents and staff to ensure optimal performance of centers.
