About The Position

The Product Data Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of product and customer data across multiple internal and third-party systems. This position supports cross-functional teams by ensuring product information, pricing, attributes, and reference data are accurate, current, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in Excel, with experience managing large datasets in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote work is not available.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3–5 years of experience in data management, data entry, or related field.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office; Access, SQL, ERP, or PIM systems preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Automotive aftermarket experience.
Experience with product catalogs, pricing databases, or eCommerce.
Knowledge of data governance and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate product, pricing, and customer data across internal and external systems.
Enter, update, validate, and audit large volumes of data.
Create and maintain customer pricing files and product setup information.
Manage product attributes, assignments, and coding structures.
Review and resolve data exceptions from third-party updates.
Research and update competitor interchange information.
Enter new products and pricing into third-party databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
Prepare reports and dashboards.
Develop SOPs and improve workflows.
Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
