As an Assistant in the Buying Team, this position supports the Retail Product Manager and the overall Buying Team by managing business reporting, price administration, system operations, and day-to-day team support. The role contributes to smooth business execution by ensuring accurate reporting, proper system management, and effective coordination across related functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 1 or 2 years of prior product management, merchandising, buying, or related experience in a brand and/or fashion business.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
  • Well-organized, result-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks accurately.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cooperate well with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update regular business reports including Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Product Catalogue, Linelist, Sell-thru report and other product-related documents.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by managers.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all reports and product information.
  • Manage price-related operations through ECVision & SAP.
  • Coordinate with related teams to ensure system data is aligned with business needs and timelines.
  • Gather product feedback on newness and support market & trend research.
  • Support preparation of training materials.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks for the Buying Team.
  • Execute and support Events accordingly.
