About The Position

The Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) – Smoke Free Products (SFP) supports the development and execution of brand strategies for Smoke Free Products in the U.S. market. This role provides hands-on exposure to brand planning, integrated communications, consumer insights, analytics, innovation support, and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with the Sr. Brand Manager, IQOS and key partners, the ABM helps translate brand strategy into high-quality consumer-facing experiences across multiple touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated communications, or agency roles, preferably within FMCG or consumer-packaged goods.
  • Experience supporting brand campaigns, product launches, or integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and with external agencies or vendors.
  • Authorized to work in the US now and in the future without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Support brand strategy development and execution, contributing to annual brand plans, integrated communication strategies, and go-to-market initiatives across channels.
  • Contribute to agency briefings and creative development, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, consumer insights, and quality standards across paid media, retail, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Partner with the Brand Manager to review, evaluate, and optimize creative work from concept through launch.
  • Assist in building and maintaining brand toolkits, including visual identity, messaging frameworks, and executional guidelines.
  • Support consumer insights and analytics through analysis of brand performance, campaign results, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Track and support management of marketing budgets, including financial tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Partner with agencies, vendors, procurement, and production partners on specifications and production readiness.
  • Contribute to internal presentations and leadership updates, including review and approval forums.
  • Capture and communicate learnings and best practices to inform future brand initiatives.
