About The Position

Heights Finance is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) Assistant Branch Manager to work alongside the Branch Manager in leading the team and delivering service to new and existing customers. The role supports customers as they seek financial solutions and contributes to branch growth, daily operations, loan processing, delinquency management, customer service, and team development. The position is based at 1815 San Bernardo Ave, Suite 3, Laredo, TX 78040. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with evenings and weekends based on business needs or peak seasons. The hourly range is $17.25–$24.25; the actual offer depends on factors including location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience. Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish, as indicated by the job title.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree.
1–2 years of experience in consumer finance, lending, or banking; preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement marketing strategies, nurture business relationships, and support daily operations to help achieve branch goals.
Assist with new and refinanced loans while ensuring compliance and providing excellent customer service.
Address delinquent accounts with care and work toward solutions that benefit the branch and customers.
