Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
Two or more years in retail or financial services
Ability to obtain and maintain an NMLS number
Strong interpersonal and communication skills that reflect professionalism
Good judgment, adaptability, and the ability to solve daily challenges within guidelines
Active listening skills and a thoughtful approach to resolving complex situations
Ability to build rapport and communicate proactively with members and non-members
Strong attention to detail and consistent follow through
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
Solid math skills and the ability to learn more complex financial concepts
