Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of retail banking experience and sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales and service orientation.
- Ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Demonstrate follow-thru and follow up and organizational skills.
- Ability to impart knowledge of tasks to be performed to staff.
- Proficient math and computer skills such as with MS Office.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work within a group setting.
Nice To Haves
- Previous management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of Customer Service Representative (CSR) functions.
- Provide coaching and supervision to ensure customers experience stellar service.
- Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to empower and develop the branch team.
- Focus on retail sales, operations, and customer service that meets and exceeds established goals.
- Lead with enthusiasm and a touch of fun.
