About The Position

Community Trust Credit Union (CTCU) is seeking dynamic, high-energy individuals to join their growing team as an Assistant Branch Manager. CTCU has been serving its members for over 90 years with a commitment to exceptional service. The Assistant Branch Manager will lead and inspire a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and achieving goals. This role involves mentorship and coaching, ensuring a stellar banking experience for every member, and diving into member relationships to solve problems and positively impact their financial lives. The position oversees daily branch operations, including hiring, training, and supporting the team. This role is 100% onsite.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales and service-driven environment.
  • At least 1 year of credit union or banking experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple branch locations by combining leadership, operational support, and direct member service.
  • Serve as the acting Branch Manager as needed.
  • Perform MSR duties including memberships, account maintenance, consumer lending (excluding home equity), and IRA services.
  • Provide coaching support to staff.
  • Assist with daily operations.
  • Help ensure consistent service, compliance, and strong experience across assigned branches.
  • Lead and inspire a talented team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and achieving their goals.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently by hiring, training, and supporting your team to set them up for success.
